Winter: baby lettuces, Butternut Squash, broccoli, carrots (orange, red, yellow, and white), beets (red, white, and gold), baby turnips (pink, white, and gold) Cavolo Nero, chard, mustard greens, radicchio, fennel, Summer Squash
Spring: same as above, fava beans, spring onions
Summer: heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, Early Girl Tomatoes, Italian Tomatoes, zucchini, (green and gold), Sunburst, Rondo Nice, squash (8-ball and Middle Eastern), basil
Fall: heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, Early Girls, Italian Tomatoes, mix lettuce, Cavolo Nero, chard, beets (red, gold, and white), carrots (orange, red, gold, and white), broccoli, turnips (pink, white, and gold), Summer Squash, Butternut Squash 

Growing Practices: 

To control weeds: tractor with cultivator and hoe
For pests: spray soap - spray phyrethrems
Fertilizers: compost, kelp spray, and fish meal
To increase soil fertility we use these cover crops: Fava Beans and hairy vetch. We irrigate only with drip irrigation

Farm History: 

I began working for several large vegetable shippers in Ventura County, and then I decided it would be more rewarding to work for myself and growing for farmers markets. We are proud to be involved in direct marketing. We appreciate all of our customers who value what we do and those who support small local growers.
