Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.

Executive Summary

At its meeting on November 24, 2009, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance to amend the Santa Monica Municipal Code Chapter 8.108(b) regarding landscaping, landscape irrigation and water conservation regulations. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
