1-A: Public
outreach contract for used oil and filter recycling program – recommendation to authorize the City Manager to
negotiate and execute a professional services contract with SGA, in the amount
of $151,228.00, to provide a public education program for the Used Oil Survey
Project.
1-B: Adoption of Resolution naming former
Route 187 as Moomat Ahiko Way.
1-C: Recommendation
to approve use of Fireworks at the Santa Monica College’s 21st
Annual “Celebrate America” Concert Program on July 3, 2004.
1-D: Contract
for emergency ambulance services – recommendation to authorize the City
Manager to negotiate and execute a contract with Gerber Ambulance Service for
emergency ambulance services.
1-E: Lease agreement with L. A. County for office space in the LAX Courthouse
Facility – recommendation
to authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a lease agreement
through June 30, 2007, with the County of Los Angeles, in the monthly amount of
$960.00 for office space at the Airport Courthouse Facility.
1-F: Request
to support the League of California Cities and California State Associate of
Counties Policy Statement relating to Wildlife Urban Fires.

7-A: Second reading and adoption of an
interim ordinance extending the provisions of Ordinance No. 2060 (CCS) with
modifications which altered the Development Review Thresholds in the C3, C3C
and BSC Districts to 7,500 square feet, and exempted affordable housing
projects of fifty units or less from Development Review Permit and Conditional
Use Permit Requirements citywide. (Introduced
May 11, 2004.)
