Celebrating City Clerks Week, from May 5^th to May 11^th, the Council presented a Proclamation to the City Clerk's Office at the April 23^rd Council meeting. Initiated in 1969 by the International Institute Municipal Clerks (IIMC), the week is aimed at increasing the awareness of Municipal Clerks and the vital services they provide for local government and the community. Housing Authority Board - Two Open Seats.

Human Services Commission - One seat open. Must be a Santa Monica resident.

Commission on Sustainability, Environmental Justice, and the Environment - One open seat. Must have significant expertise in one or more areas of environmental policy and must reside or work in Santa Monica.

Transient Occupancy Tax Advisory Committee - One seat open. Must be a member or representative of a local hospitality business.

Disabilities Commission - Three seats open. Appointment continued to a future meeting.

L.A. County West Vector Control District - One seat open. Appointment continued to a future meeting.

Revised List of Annual Appointments for Expiring Terms - Appointment continued to a future meeting.
