The Structural Engineers Association of Southern California (SEAOSC) is a not-for-profit trade association. One of its missions, in addition to maintaining the honor and dignity of the profession, is to assist the public in finding engineers claiming specialization in various areas of engineering.

SEAOSC's Members Services Search Page provides a listing to aid in your search for a professional engineer to assist with your seismic retrofit project.

The map and associated list below identify contractors that have successfully completed a required seismic retrofit project in the City.  The data is provided and intended for referential purposes only as a means to assist and inform a search for qualified contractors to complete a seismic retrofit project.  The City of Santa Monica does not endorse or recommend any of the individuals or companies listed in the map and table below.  It is recommended standard practice to secure a minimum of three bids prior to selecting and hiring a contractor.
