1006 BROADWAY

This one-story single-family residence is designed in the Spanish Colonial Revival style of architecture. It features a flat roof with stepped parapet and red tile coping. Exterior surfaces are finished with stucco and there are wood framed windows, including a large tripartite focal window on the building's primary (north) elevation. There is also a projecting entrance porch with a parapeted roof, red tile coping, and round arched openings. The landscape is simple and the property is surrounded by a short chain link fence.
