This one-story single-family residence is designed in the English Revival style of architecture and features a side-gabled roof with hipped ends. The exterior wall surface of the house is covered with stucco. The roof curves out above the entrance and it has an arched doorway with a metal-bracketed, wooden door. It also has multi-paned wooden casement windows. Other decorative features include non-functioning shutters on the front windows and one window that has similar features to an oriel window, although it is a slightly different interpretation from the original form. This particular window features a small hipped hood above it and a wooden balustrade. A concrete path leads to the front entry steps. The structure is built on a flat lot and the landscape is fairly simple with a few mature bushes and a small lawn.
