Bag Ban Retailer Guidelines & Support

The goal of the Single-Use Carryout Bag Ordinance is to eliminate the use of single-use bags in order to reduce marine debris and limit waste sent to the landfill.
Bag Ban Key Points

March 9, 2011 The Single-Use Carryout Bag Ordinance takes effect.
September 1, 2011 The Single-Use Carryout Bag Ordinance will be enforced.
