Human Services Grants Program Reports

On January 26, 2021, City Council directed staff to make available program and fiscal status reports submitted to the City by grantees of the Human Services Grants Program (HSGP). 

Reports currently available for FY2020-21 can be viewed below.  This page will be updated weekly until mid-year reports for all 19 HSGP agencies are available. All reports are expected to post by April 30, 2021. For a complete list of the HSGP FY2020-21 programs, see page 35 of the City of Santa Monica 2020-21 Adopted Budget. Please visit the FAQ page for additional information and answers to common questions.

City-funded Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDT’s) are not part of the Human Services Grants Program. The C3 teams are co-managed by the City via a contract with LA County Department of Health Services.
