Homework Assistance

CREST Homework Club


Homework Club is an after-school program that gives students academic support and a well structured environment to work on homework for an hour per day Monday - Thursday. The program is offered to children in grades 1-5 at Edison, Grant, McKinley, Muir/SMASH, Roosevelt and Will Rogers Elementary Schools.

* Homework Club is a one-time, annual fee due at the beginning of service. There is no prorating, nor refunds. No payment plans are accepted in the 2019-20 school year.

Dates: 9/3/19 – 6/6/20

Cost: $550/year


*Hours subject to change based on each school's bell schedule.

Grades 1 - 3, Monday - Thursday, 3:00 - 4:00 PM

*Minimum Days, 1:45 - 2:45 PM

Grades 4 - 5, Monday - Thursday, 4:00 - 5:00 PM

*Minimum Days, 2:45 - 3:45 PM

Registration Begins:

Online: August 1, 2019 at 6:00AM

In-Person: August 1, 2019 at 8:30AM (At the Youth Office)

Homework Help at Virginia Avenue Park (Grades 1 - 5)

Virginia Avenue Park is the place to do your homework! A quiet area, supplies and friendly staff are available to assist students with their homework. A computer lab is also available for research, homework and educational games. Please note that this is not a tutoring program.

Police Activities League Homework Room

This program provides a designated workspace to complete homework assignments after school at the youth center.  Trained staff and volunteers provide assistance, supervision and supplies to ensure youth successfully and accurately complete their assignments and special projects to maximize educational enrichment.

  • Hours: Mon-Thu 2:30-6:30 p.m.
    Computers available until 9 p.m.
  • 1401 Olympic Blvd.
  • For Youth, ages 6-17 who live or attend school in Santa Monica
    Membership required. Drop-ins welcome.
