Recreation & Parks Commission

The Recreation & Parks Commission advises City Council and City staff on matters related to recreation and use of public open space. The Commission consists of 7 Council-appointed Santa Monica residents

Meetings are held at 7:30 pm on the 3rd Thursday of each month in Council Chambers at Santa Monica City Hall (1685 Main St).

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the City of Santa Monica is cancelling the Recreation and Parks Commission Special Meeting on March 19, 2020 at Thelma Terry Auditorium and the Recreation and Parks Commission Special Meeting on March 26, 2020 at Ken Edwards Center.
