Managed by the City of Santa Monica Cultural Affairs, the Miles Memorial Playhouse was bequeathed to the City in 1929 by J. Euclid Miles as a theater "for the children and young men and women” of Santa Monica. Following a full restoration after the Northridge earthquake, the Miles Memorial Playhouse is now home to cultural presentations, programs for youth and serves as a rental facility for local nonprofit community.
