Welcome to Santa Monica’s Government Outreach Customer Service Center, where you can submit comments, complaints and service requests.
The request you submit to us in GO will automatically be sent to the right staff member, and you will receive a tracking number and
a response within ten days - though most requests are handled in less time.
If this is a police of fire emergency, or you are calling to report a downed tree limb in the street, broken water main or a possible hazardous materials
accident, PLEASE DIAL 911.
We often receive comments from residents who are just looking for more information on a particular subject. Before submitting a request,
you may want to check out our FAQ section or find your topic in our Category List to see if that resolves the issue.
