852 - Drop-off, No-Sort Recycling

Alley Drop-off Services: Drop-off recycling services are offered throughout Santa Monica with the distribution of 1,500 large light-blue plastic public recycling containers.  The program offers a no-sort, hassle-free, drop-off option.  Look for the nearest alley and you will likely find one there.  If you have any questions, please call the Solid Waste Management at (310) 458-2223.

Community Recycling Center: The Community Recycling Center, accepts all recyclable materials including valuable scrap is located at 2411 Delaware Ave., near the intersection of Cloverfield  Blvd. and Michigan Ave..  The center hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday (closed on Sunday).  (310) 453-9677.

Santa Monica Recycling & Transfer Station: The Recycling & Transfer Station accepts bulky-item recycling and electronics recycling  and is located at 2401 Delaware Ave., adjacent the Community Recycling Center.  The hours are 6 a.m.  to 2 p.m., Monday through Saturday (closed on Sunday).  (310) 829-7323.
