568 - Fire and Paramedic Reports

Fire reports are available to the public 10 working days after a fire has occurred and are available at no charge. The Fire Prevention Division can mail or fax copies of the requested report. When calling you must know the date of the fire and the correct address.

Paramedic reports are available only to patients and their attorneys. The patient must present a valid form of identification . Attorneys must either present a subpoena for the report or have a signed written authorization from the patient. Paramedic reports are generally available from the Fire Department’s Support Services Division one week after the incident occurred, at no charge.

For more information on fire reports, please call the Fire Prevention Division Monday through Friday between 7a.m. and 5 p.m. at (310) 458-8915. For paramedic reports, please call the Support Services Division Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at (310) 458-2221. You may leave a message after hours and on weekends and your call will be returned on the next business day.
