152 – Curb Ramps: ADA Compliance

The City of Santa Monica's Curb Ramp Project provides access to people using wheelchairs and enhances overall safety for bicyclists, pedestrians and motorists. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires cities to make public improvements accessible to people with disabilities.

If you have any questions regarding curb ramps or concerns you wish to discuss, please contact the Civil Engineering & Architecture Division at (310) 458-8721. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on alternate Fridays.
