DOG TRAINING

Train your dog to focus on and listen to you. Basic obedience commands are taught using positive reinforcement techniques. Dogs must be at least 4 months old. Proof of vaccination required. (DO NOT BRING DOG TO FIRST CLASS.)

OCEAN SWIM-FIT (AGES 18 & UP)
The Ocean Swim-fit experience is for all levels. Triathletes will improve ocean race strategies. Recreational pool swimmers will learn how to be safe in the sea by understanding rip currents and negotiating oncoming waves. Swim cap provided, goggles are recommended. Class will enter water at safest area. Class is held at Tower 28, park at 2600 Barnard Way (S. of Ocean Park Blvd.).  Saturdays.

NORDIC WALKING (4 SATURDAYS)
Get into shape by burning up to 46% more calories than regular walking without increased exertion. Nordic Walking takes fitness walking to a new level by adding poles to produce an incredible upper-body workout. Increase your endurance, strengthen your core, arms, chest, back, buttocks and legs, improve your posture and flexibility and take stress off your ankle, knee and hip joints. Poles are provided.
