INTEGRAL T’ai Chi Qigong: Essential Qigong (8 weeks) Spin logo

Essential Qigong will include basic and intermediate practices to refine energy, reduce stress, increase flexibility, balance and strength. Each session will include a review of previous lessons and addition of new exercises. Standing and Sitting Qigong(s) utilize gentle, easy-to-learn movement coordinated with breathing techniques. Nordic Walking (8 SATURDAYS)   Spin logo
