CITY TO HOLD PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS RESIDENTIAL SMOKING REGULATION 

The Santa Monica City Council is seeking input from the community on the topic of possible legislation to address the problem of second-hand smoke exposure by residents in multi-family buildings.

The City Attorney’s Consumer Protection Unit will host a public meeting to discuss these issues on May 29, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Santa Monica Main Library MLK Auditorium located at Sixth Street and Santa Monica Boulevard.
