A concert for all ages will be held at the Santa Monica Public Library, Saturday December 8 at 1:30 p.m.  The Los Angeles Clarinet Choir is comprised of 14 accomplished clarinetists performing on soprano, sopranino, alto, bass, basset horn and contrabass clarinets.  This concert includes pieces by Bela Bartok, Manuel de Falla, Amilcare Ponchielli, Vaclav Nelhybel, Gustav Holst and John Phillip Sousa! 

The choir was founded in 2005 by clarinetist/conductor, Margaret Thornhill.  Midway through the concert will be a show-and-tell of the various instruments.  This program is free and open to the public.  Seating is limited and on a first-arrival basis.  Tickets available one hour prior to event.
