Are you looking for an opportunity to contribute a bit of your time and talents to a worthwhile cause?  If so, then you will definitely want to visit the Santa Monica Public Library on Saturday, October 20, for "Spreading the Spirit: A Volunteer Fair," being held in the Main Library's second floor multipurpose room from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

Dozens of local organizations will be on hand, offering potential volunteers a host of service opportunities.  Seasoned volunteers will also be on hand to share their experiences and inspire those looking for ways to donate their time and talents to a great cause.

"Spreading the Spirit: A Volunteer Fair" is a collaborative project of the City of Santa Monica volunteer program, WISE Senior Services and Santa Monica Public Library.
