FREE, DOCENT-LED TOURS OF SANTA MONICA PUBLIC LIBRARY NOW AVAILABLE

Beginning in January 2007, fact-filled tours of the state-of-the-art Main Library will be available regularly on Fridays at 12:30 p.m.  The library is located at 601 Santa Monica Blvd.  City parking is available in an underground lot entered off of 7th Street.

These docent-led tours cover a gamut of interesting tidbits of information, including some of the ideas behind the landscape, art and architecture and how these were combined to reflect and utilize the local environment, and the local spirit!
