Saturday Sack Lunches
Senior meals are offered at all sites Monday through Friday. However, we have you on our mind even on Saturdays. Join the Senior Nutrition Program for a sack lunch at 11:00 AM at the Senior Recreation Center at 1450 Ocean Ave. The suggested donation is $2.50. Please make reservations by call (310)
458-8644 or stop by in person between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM one weekday in advance. Minimum age for this program is 60.
Reservations Are Necessary
The nutrition
program is happy to serve lunch to those 60 and
over, however participants must reserve their
meal one day in advance or take a chance at
being turned away. In order to keep your
reservation, you must arrive by 11:45 AM. We ask
that those individuals who reserve a meal and
can’t make it, call to cancel or your future
reservation may be denied. This policy must be
strictly enforced as the program incurs the cost
for meals ordered.
