Notice of Availability of Proposed FY 2008-09 One-Year Action Plan Allocating Federal CDBG and HOME Funds

The City of Santa Monica’s One-Year Action Plan is submitted annually to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  It delineates the City’s specific projects and activities for one-year use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds in order to meet the City’s overall housing and community development needs and priorities as specified in the FY 2005-2010 Consolidated Plan adopted by the City Council and submitted to HUD in June 2005. The City is seeking community comments on the Proposed One-Year Action Plan.

Action Plan for Addressing Homelessness in Santa Monica 

On February 26th, the City Council of the City of Santa Monica approved an Action Plan for Addressing Homelessness in Santa Monica and the Annual Review of the City’s Plan for Homeless Services for FY 2006-07. Click here to read the plan and the report.
