They also offer Conference meeting room space at
their building in Los Angeles. Check the Center for
Healthy Communities and capacity building for
California non-profit organizations.
Sierra Health Foundation

California and the Bay area. Check the report on
children’s oral health: “Bright Smiles,” and the
Dental Health Foundation for resource and data
reports on the status of children’s oral health in
California. California Head Start is also working on
children’s oral health issues. The Sierra Health
Foundation has also supported a ten year investment
in Community Building and organizational assessment.
Check their publications, newsletter and library for
copies of various reports. Check “A 10 year
Investment in Community Building and Evaluation of
the Community Partnerships for Healthy Children
Initiative” and “We Did It Ourselves!” They also
allow non-profit groups to use their beautiful
conference rooms on the Sacramento River (Garden
Highway). They can also arrange breakfast and lunch
for a small charge, coffee is usually free.
