The City of Santa Monica Community and Cultural Affairs Department (Human Services Division) invites qualified Vendors to prepare and submit a response for consideration by the City of Santa Monica for a Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) for use at a City of Santa Monica site and at multiple non-profit agencies receiving funding from the City of Santa Monica at locations in an around the City.
