GET MOVING:
July is Youth Fitness Month
Getting fit is easy.
Get up, get out and get moving. Choose healthy snacks
instead of junk food. Drink water instead of soda. Get active during
throughout July - you'll see results by the end of
the month. AND youth 18 and under
will not only be rewarded with improved health.... Record your progress on
the
GET MOVING calendar
and turn it in at the Swim
Center during August for a special prize.
The more you move, the
better it gets! Don't let summer pass
you by! |
