NON-BORROWER OCCUPANT CERTIFICATION

(Applicable to Household Members at Least 21 Years of Age)

 

To whom it may concern:

I, _________________________ am a resident of ___________________________________, Santa Monica, California ;9040__.  I have included the following which confirm my tenancy at the above address:  1) _________________________ 2)______________________________ and 3) ________________________________.  I have checked the section which describes my current situation and have included the necessary documentation.

 

      A.  I am unemployed and a full-time student.

I am not working at this time.  I have included tax returns from the previous two years.  If I did not file tax returns in those years, I have included a signed IRS Form 9501 authorizing the City of Santa Monica to request tax returns for the past two years from the IRS.  I am aware that a credit report will be obtained by the first trust deed lender to verify my assets and credit status.

                                    I am a full-time student at _________________________________.  I have included a copy of my current registration from the Registrar's office and a copy of my payment for this quarter/semester from the Cashier's office.  A summary of the income I received, by source, to cover school expenses is attached.

      B.  I am unemployed and not a student.

I am not working at this time.  I have included tax returns from the previous two years.  If I did not file tax returns in those years, I have included a signed IRS Form 9501 authorizing the City of Santa Monica to request tax returns for the past two years from the IRS.  I am aware that a credit report will be obtained by the first trust deed lender to verify my assets and credit status.

I am not a student.  I have attached a letter (See Exhibit 2) signed by me and certified by the applicant stating my source of income for living expenses.

 

      C.  I am employed and a student.

I am employed part-time/full-time at ____________________________________________.  I am aware that my income and assets will be used to calculate the loan amount on the above-referenced property and that a credit report will be obtained by the first trust deed lender to verify this information.  I have submitted bank statements and tax returns for the last two years in addition to the information regarding my residency.

I am also a student, but do not need to submit documentation regarding this since I will be contributing to the household expenses.

 

I, ____________________________________, certify that the above information is true and reflects my current employment status and income history.  The information provided herein will be used to calculate the first trust deed loan and the City subsidy under the TORCA program for the above-referenced property.  I certify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the information provided is true and correct.  I understand that any misrepresentation(s) of the information contained in this application may result in disqualification from the TORCA program for the borrower and/or prosecution.
