HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
The City of Santa Monica bills for water, sewer and refuse every two months. The due date is printed on the bill. Payments can be made by the following options:
In person at City Hall or Water Resources Offices at 1212 5th Street
Drop box in front of City Hall
24 hours a day by phone: 310-458-8999
24 hours a day by web: waterbill.smgov.net
If you wish to set-up a recurring payment, you may either use a credit card or your bank account. Print out the appropriate form and fax to (310) 656-9175 or stop by our office at 1212 5th Street.

If you are unable to pay by the date noted on the bill and would like to make a payment arrangement, please call 310-458-8224 Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 5:30pm, and Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. You may be asked to come to our office at 1212 5th Street to sign a payment arrangement agreement.
Failure to pay your bill will result in termination of service. If you receive a final notice and payment has already been made, either contact us at (310) 458-8224 during regular business hours, or check the website at
waterbill.smgov.net or by phone at 310-458-8999.
