Proximity of residential, mixed use projects to transit nodes
 DESCRIPTION
This indicator looks at the percent of residential, mixed-use projects that are within ¼ mile of transit nodes and are otherwise consistent with Sustainable City Program goals. The target is to have an upward trend.
 LAST UPDATED
The land use and development patterns that are “otherwise consistent with Sustainable City Program goals” have not been delineated in a manner that facilitates reporting on this indicator at this time.
