Transportation
Many of our environmental challenges are related to transportation. The transportation related decisions that we make as individuals have local and global environmental implications.  Alternatives like riding public transportation, an electric skateboard, or bicycles to work or school reduces traffic, improves air & water quality and can save you money.

Santa Monica is committed to offering premium transit alternatives in the Big Blue Bus and the Tide Shuttle or bike paths, and clean vehicle information.  Further, Santa Monica is setting important goals for a sustainable future.
