Civil Engineering & Architecture Division's public counter located on the first floor of City Hall, 1685 Main Street.
Business hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and alternate
Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. City Hall has limited services on alternate Fridays, so please
remember to
