Our staff is comprised of civil engineers, architects, project managers, designers, inspectors, and administrative professionals. Some of our staff have advanced degrees and most have years of experience in specialized fields such as architecture, engineering, public works, business administration, project management, construction management, construction inspection, engineering technology, and information systems. How we are organized

The Civil Engineering & Architecture Division is organized into four functional teams: Administrative Management, Civil Project Development, Architecture Project Development, and Construction Management.
