Civil Engineering Division
The City of Santa Monica's Civil Engineering Division provides general oversight and coordination of the City’s 5-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP). In addition to CIP management, the Division provides various public services that include project development and management, land development and engineering, construction management, right-of-way inspection, and utility coordination.
