The most recent Santa Monica Resident Satisfaction Survey was conducted in February 2011. An independent research firm polled over 400 local households reflecting the city's key demographics (including age, ethnicity, income and residence status) by phone (land-line and wireless) about the quality of city services and issues of concern.
