City Forms - Event Calendar Request

Please use this form to request that an event be placed on the City of Santa Monica community events calendar. All requests are subject to city approval. To be eligible for posting on the calendar, events must: 1) be open to the public, 2) be sponsored or co-sponsored by the City of Santa Monica and/or located in or on a public venue within the city limits, and 3) cost $100 or less per person. Approved events normally will be posted within 3 business days of submission.
