Upcoming Special Event - Senior and Family Arts
Festival
Saturday and Sunday, October 4 and 5 from
9am-12noon at the Senior Recreation Center
at 1450 Ocean Avenue. Volunteer duties will
include being available as needed throughout
course of event to assist with greeting and
directing guests, assisting with set up and
cleanup, refreshment service, and assisting with

Weekly–Farmers’ Market:
Volunteers with excellent customer service are
sought to set up and assist at information
booth, assist Food Stamp recipients with their
electronic balance transfer cards, provide
general overall assistance to market manager and

Volunteers assist serving food to senior adult
lunch participants at City-sponsored program.
Typical assignment is weekly from 11am-1pm on
one or two weekdays.
