Approved by City Council. Rental fees are in addition to any required permits or licenses for conducting business or filming in the City of Santa Monica. For filming, a day is considered up to 8 consecutive hours. Users exceeding 8 hours will be charged the Resident Commercial Rate for each additional hour. Additional compensation may be required for filming in the event a scheduled activity is displaced. A staffing fee of $13.80/hour will be assessed for facility usage outside of normal operating hours.

There is a $20 staff fee for field use at Airport Park. Waived for SM Public Schools and youth sports groups with at least 60% SM residents.

Memorial & Los Amigos Parks: Rental available to approved Santa Monica-based youth sports groups at a rate of $267.78 per month.
Storage Facilities
Rental available to approved Santa Monica-based youth sports groups at the rate of $.81 per sq ft per month. Storage facilities vary by location.
