Swimmers Splashign and have fun in pool This American Red Cross Program is available to youths ages 11 - 15 years old who have the desire to learn about the responsibilities and duties of a lifeguard. Guard Start is NOT a lifeguard training class. This class is designed to teach students basic rescue skills, first aid, CPR, and water safety. Upon completion students will have certifications in Community CPR, Community First Aid, and Basic Water Rescue.
