Santa Monica Arts Foundation
The Santa Monica Arts Foundation is a nonprofit agency dedicated to promoting the arts in Santa Monica by raising funds to finance art programs developed by the Santa Monica Arts Commission. The Foundation currently shares its board with the Santa Monica Arts Commission, and its staff is housed in the offices of the Santa Monica Cultural Affairs Division.

Recognizing Great Arts Leaders in Santa Monica
The Santa Monica Arts Foundation is launching the Arts Leadership Award, which recognizes exemplary leaders who support Santa Monica’s creative community. Nominations of exceptional volunteers, philanthropists, and creative businesses that make a difference in the arts in Santa Monica were submitted in November 2012. Awardees will be announced in February 2013. More information about the award is available at www.smgov.net/artsleaders.
