The Board has no knowledge about the types or quality of services provided by these organizations or by any individual attorney who may be recommended by them. Except for those listed, the Board has no knowledge as to the fees, if any, which may be charged for consultation or other services provided. Landlords and tenants who contact organizations or attorneys are advised to request that they be told in advance the services which will be provided plus fees and costs, if any, which they will be required to pay.
