The City of Santa Monica has a strong commitment to ensure a safe and continuous supply of water for future generations. Voluntary water conservation is one way to help safeguard our water supply. The other is through city ordinances mandating water efficiency measures or fixtures be put in place.  Below are the rules and regulations regarding water-efficiency.
