Plan Submittal Requirements
The following items will be required prior to the issuance of a building permit. Any revisions to the approved plans will require re-submittal and approval. For details please consult pages 5 -7 of the Water-Efficient Landscape and Irrigation Standards pdf
 
A. Landscape Plan, including a Hydrozone Matrix and a Soil Analysis Report
 
B. Irrigation Plan, including details and specifications
 
C. Grading Plan or Landscape Elevation Drawings at planting and two-year growth 
 
D. Urban Runoff Reduction Plan
 
E. Tree Protection Plan
Please Note: Plans may be created by unlicensed designers, but the final landscape plan and the final irrigation plan must be signed by a licensed landscape architect or architect prior to submittal for approval.
