Parkways, the area between the outside edge of the sidewalk and the inside edge of the curb, are a component of the public right-of-way. 
 

Inspection Requirements for New Construction, Major Remodels

  1. Underground inspection before covering underground pipes
  2. Final compliance inspection
 

* For projects that had permits issued between May 23, 2008 and January 31, 2010,
the Landscape and Irrigation Standards that were in effect during that period shall apply.

For projects that had permits issued between February 1, 2010 to January 31, 2011,
the Landscape and Irrigation Standards that were in effect during that period shall apply.
