You’ll
receive a collection kit complete with instructions, pre-printed labels for unmarked
product containers, a heavy gauge plastic bag, a plastic zip tie for closing
the bag and a survey card with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Once you’ve
scheduled your home pick-up, there are just a few things left to do. Residents
do not have to be home on collection day.

Please
follow these six easy steps:
STEP 1:
Gather, inspect and label all materials for collection.
STEP 2:
Place empty heavy gauge plastic bag provided at doorstep or designated
collection location. Do not obstruct or block the common path
in apartments or condominiums.
STEP 3:
Place accepted materials inside the bag in an upright position.
STEP 4:
Secure the bag with the plastic tie provided.
STEP 5:
Place car batteries, fluorescent light tubes &
electronic waste outside the bag.
STEP 6:
Complete and return the survey form (let us know how we are doing and what we can do to improve our
service).
 Fluorescent
light tubes should be placed on the ground (flat) and out of the path of foot
traffic.
