Expedited Permitting for LEED Buildings
The City of Santa Monica has long tried to encourage green building practices. Currently the City offers expedited plan review for projects pursuing LEED certification. This expediting process reduces initial plan check turn around time by one week.
The City's LEED grant program is now complete and is no longer accepting applications.
