Community and Government Relations
The Community and Government Relations Division is responsible for:
Community and government relations, including complaint resolution and tracking, neighborhood organization support, customer service support, public outreach and involvement coordination, and resident satisfaction surveying Management of city publications, including use of the City's graphic identity, and production of the SeaScape and WaveLengths newsletters, customer services directory, and other print material Strategic communications planning Media relations Cable television programming including Council and other meeting coverage, complaint resolution, research and development support for cable franchise enforcement, and rate regulation Public information assistance through City Hall reception, City Hall on Call and web content.

Government Outreach
The Government Outreach (GO) System is a customer service center by which you can submit valuable feedback to the City. Just enter your comment, complaint or concern into the system and your message will be automatically delivered to the correct city department or division. You will receive a reply and tracking number.
