Technology Coaches and Event Assistants for Get Connected! A FREE Technology Fair for Older Adults

Be part of a team to help bridge the digital divide! Seeking tech savvy volunteers 14+ to provide one-on-one instruction at afree Technology Fair for Older Adults.  The event will provide a comfortable, supportive atmosphere for older adults to learn abot cell, phones, laptops. Ereaders and more.  We need volunteer "coaches" to provide one-on-one instruction at an assigned station on devices, applications, and/or internet sites.  The event will be held at the Santa Monica Public Library.  Volunteers must be available from 9:00am to 2:00pm and may be asked to bring their own device.  There are also opportunities for non-tech individuals who wish to help with guest services.
