Shotgun House Rehabilitation

The Santa Monica Conservancy has completed the renovation of an historic shotgun style house in Ocean Park for use as a Preservation Resource Center. Originally located at 2712 Second Street, the house spent more than a decade in storage before a partnership between the City and Conservancy was able to bring it back to life. The Center is now located on Second Street across from the Ocean Park Branch Library. For more information, visit the Conservancy's website at www.santamonicaconservancy.org.

Early Childhood Education Center

As part of the City's Civic Center Specific Plan, an early childhood education center is coming to the Civic Center. For more information, visit www.santamonicacradletocareer.org/ecec
