Shotgun House Rehabilitation
The Santa Monica Conservancy has completed the renovation of an historic shotgun style house in Ocean Park for use as a Preservation Resource Center. Originally located at 2712 Second Street, the house spent more than a decade in storage before a partnership between the City and Conservancy was able to bring it back to life.
