The Building and Safety Division enforces City ordinances and State laws regulating construction activity and the maintenance of building and property in the interest of community health, safety and environmental quality. Code Compliance responds to and investigates reported violations of the Municipal Code, State Law relating to zoning regulations, noise standards, signs, substandard housing, and maintenance of property.
